For over 30 years Luke has been an award-winning graphic designer, writer/art director and creative director in the UK and Australia. He has a wealth of experience creating and managing integrated global and domestic communications campaigns across a diverse range of goods and services. As well as creating powerful stories and famous personalities for some of the worlds best known brands, he's also created new brands and business for many of his clients clients and even a few of his own. In 2004 he set up My Agency to create a truly integrated strategic and creative company to offer a smarter, faster and more cost effective way to create, launch, revive, reposition and grow brands. In 2011 he helped create and launch in partnership a retail stationery chain called Blott which grew to 15 stores in the UK and was sold in 2015. Previously Luke was Executive Creative Director of McCann Erickson London growing the agency from #9 to #3 in UK creative rankings and to #2 in billings. Luke’s ‘Tomcat’ campaign for Bacardi Breezer was Marketing Week’s Campaign of the Year and secured McCann’s position as Agency of the Year. Luke’s work for Bacardi and Air Canada also helped McCann’s win M&M Magazine’s ‘European Agency of the Year’ an unprecedented 3 years in a row.
Rog is an entrepreneurial and innovative strategic marketer with over 20 years experience in FMCG, drinks, sports and youth brands. His balance of sound strategic thinking, commercial acumen, visionary insight, creative flair, and a can-do attitude is at the heart of what we do at My Agency. Previously Roger was Area Head and UK Marketing Director of the iconic sports brand Puma and Head of youth spirits at Pernod Ricard and Bacardi. He is at his most dynamic solving business problems through entrepreneurial creative solutions, like Puma’s 2012 Olympics Puma Yard with Usain Bolt and Puma’s innovative digital lifestyle platform, co-created with Professor Green and Jamal Edwards. At Pernod Ricard, Rog focused on moving brands such as Malibu, Stolichnaya, Wild Turkey and Havana Club from traditional advertising to brand experience and social platforms, creating strong growth and brand affinity. Rog first worked with Luke at Bacardi, developing and overseeing the innovative communications campaign that generated the phenomenal growth of Bacardi Breezer from £20m - £250m in just 3 years. Recently Rog has helped create and launch several new brands in disruptive categories such as Njoy Vape which he launched in 27 countries and Coldpress juice which is now market leader in its category. He also set up his own online drinks business called The Purveyor, and currently drives the marketing and sponsorship for Rotherham Titans in his spare time.
