
At My Agency we have created a company of what Tim Brown, CEO of design firm IDEO calls 'T-Shaped Stars'.
T-shaped because the vertical stroke of the 'T' is a depth of skill that allows them to contribute to the creative process. Our people come to us from a variety of backgrounds, all with different core skills and talents; graphic and fashion designers, advertising creatives, UX gurus, developers, information architects, packaging and product designers, account handlers, strategists, entrepreneurs, directors and producers.
T-shaped because the horizontal stroke of the 'T' is their shared passion for collaboration across disciplines. My Agency people have both depth and breadth. Their willingness and ability to think and collaborate across different disciplines is the backbone of our collaborative culture.
From day one when we opened My Agency in 2004 we've practiced this rare art of collaboration and the development of our lateral talent pool is what allows us to develop work across so many wonderfully different projects.
Luke White
Founder and Creative Partner
Luke founded My Agency in 2004 after 20 years in advertising and design in London and Sydney. Between 1999-2004 Luke was Executive Creative Director of McCann-Erickson London. He has created award-winning work for brands such as Bacardi, Nescafé, MasterCard, CapitalOne, Coca-Cola, Motorola and Air Canada. Luke’s integrated ‘Tomcat’ campaign for Bacardi Breezer was Marketing Week’s Campaign of the Year in 2002 and secured McCann’s position as Agency of the Year. Luke’s work helped McCann’s win M&M Magazine’s ‘European Agency of the Year’ an unprecedented 3 years in a row. Luke ensures the work My Agency produces is multi-dimensional, highly impactful and always drives value for our clients. When he’s not building businesses Luke is walking his dog, watching his son play rugby or talking to his wife over a whisky or two.

Nick Wright
Strategic Partner
Yellowhammer, BMP, CDP, Bates is where Nick cut his teeth in advertising. His most high profile position was Managing Director of McCann-Erickson London, at that time the second largest agency in the UK. He has worked on domestic, pan-European and global campaigns across a wide number of sectors including FMCG, technology, automotive, retail and alcoholic beverages.
Nick experienced at first hand the power of fans when he was Commercial Director for Oxford United Football Club. Back in the agency world, he has developed strategies for brands enabling them to identify, nurture, and harness the transformative energy and potential of a fan base. Nick can be found walking the talk at Oxford’s Kassam Stadium every other Saturday.

Matt Turner
Creative Partner
Matt started his career at DMB&B moving through the acronyms to PPHN, Wunderman, Aspen, Joshua and then TBWA, where he ran the dedicated NatWest Village unit. He moved on to McCann-Erickson to head up McCann Financial. It was at McCann where Matt met Luke and Nick with whom he went on to found My Agency. Matt has in-depth creative experience from concept to delivery. Matt has a unique understanding of the implementation and production techniques required to bring great ideas to life on time and on budget. Outside of work he’s into fast motorcycles, rock climbing and has recently completed a kite surfing course.
