My Agency is a strategic and creative consultancy founded by Luke White and Nick Wright in 2004. We work directly with entrepreneurs and business owners, chief executives and marketing directors to create, launch, revive, reposition and grow brands.
For over a decade we've delivered outstanding results on national, international and global assignments for blue chip organisations such as AMD, Russian Standard Vodka, Time Out, Sky Zone, Caesars Entertainment, Welch’s Juices, Yandex, Grant’s Whisky and Telefonica. We also have a track record of working with the owners of start-ups or early stage business helping them with business support, marketing strategies and branding.

Nick’s background is as an account director at CDP, DDB, Yellowhammer and Bates, some of the most famous and awarded advertising agencies in London. His most high profile position was Managing Director of McCann-Erickson London, which Nick helped grow to the second largest agency in the UK. He has worked on domestic, pan-European and global campaigns across a wide number of sectors including FMCG, technology, automotive, retail and alcoholic beverages. Nick experienced at first hand the power of fans when he was Commercial Director for Oxford United Football Club. Back in the agency world, he has developed strategies for brands enabling them to identify, nurture, and harness the transformative energy and potential of a fan base.
For over 30 years Luke has been an award-winning graphic designer, writer/art director and creative director in the UK and Australia. In 2004 he set up My Agency with Nick to create a truly integrated strategic and creative design and adverting company. Previously Luke was Executive Creative Director of McCann Erickson London for 5 years and grew the agency from #9 to #3 in UK creative rankings and to #2 in billings. Luke’s integrated ‘Tomcat’ campaign for Bacardi Breezer was Marketing Week’s Campaign of the Year and secured McCann’s position as Agency of the Year. Luke’s work for Bacardi and Air Canada also helped McCann’s win M&M Magazine’s ‘European Agency of the Year’ an unprecedented 3 years in a row.
